In 1995, Jo Montchaussé invented the Triple Pad, quite simply the first crash pad in Europe. Its shape and design make it the most effective crash pad for bouldering, especially in Fontainebleau. It offers the best weight/bulk/landing surface ratio on the market: at just 6 kg, it’s the lightest crash pad available, no wider than your shoulders to squeeze between boulders, and provides a 1.5 m2 landing zone. The combination of two types of foam, of varying densities, offers the best cushioning on the market. We work with foam sourced from France, always with the same supplier, allowing us to offer you durable and long-lasting foam.

With a thickness of 11 cm, the TRIPLE PAD MAXX offers the optimal landing surface. The mounting system makes it very easy to replace the foam pads. The three-part design makes the Triple Pad Maxx very compact and easy to carry.

Two straps with aluminium buckles secure the closure for carrying. Made of aluminium, the buckles are durable and contribute to the overall lightness of the bag.
