Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products on the BLEAUBBZ website, which specialises in the sale of climbing accessories, between INNOVATION BBZ and any consumer.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.
The equipment sold complies with current European standards (CE, EN, UIAA where applicable).

Article 3 – Price

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery costs. Innovation BBZ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect.

Article 4 – Ordering

The order becomes final after:

  • basket validation,
  • acceptance of the Terms and Conditions,
  • payment confirmation.
  • A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payments are secure and can be made by: credit card (Stripe)

The order will be processed after receipt of full payment.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified when placing the order. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
Innovation BBZ cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:

  • unused,
  • in their original packaging,
  • in perfect condition.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
⚠️ Exception: any safety equipment that has been used or unsealed cannot be returned.

Article 8 – Warranty

The products benefit from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity,
  • the warranty against hidden defects.

Any improper use will void the warranty.

Article 9 – Responsibility & climbing practice

Climbing is a high-risk sporting activity.
The customer is solely responsible for the use of the products and compliance with safety rules.

Article 10 – Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

Article 11 – Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law.
